INTRODUCTION

THE GROUP COACHING SESSIONS METHODOLOGY
– Ideal for groups of 4-6 persons. Larger corporate sales teams should be broken into smaller groups.
– Sessions can be held in person or virtually
– Participants engage in facilitated and interactive hands-on learning
– Each Session is up to 90 minutes to allow for knowledge exchange and individual or group activities.
– Conducted over 6 sessions: 4 learning sessions & 2 presentation practice sessions (120 minutes for 6 members)
– Ideal time between sessions is 2 weeks. This allows for participants to implement what they have learned before moving to the next topic.
COACHING SESSION TOPICS
Session 1
Establish the Company Value Proposition & develop one cohesive company positioning/brand statement
Prior to meeting with any client, as an individual or a team, it is important to know inside and out what your value proposition is. It is even more important that everyone in the company is on the same page on this topic.
In this session, the team will come together to create a consistent brand statement that everyone uses.
They will also learn the tangible aspects of Leadership Executive Presence in person and how to project this in the virtual world.

Session 2
Every presentation has high stakes – Preparing for Presentations
The global pandemic has disrupted the way we engage with clients. The opportunities to see clients face-to-face is limited. In fact, there may be fewer clients to engage with so every presentation counts. Every presentation has high stakes and therefore every meeting is not to be taken lightly.
In this session, the team will learn the importance of client research and the importance of preparing the pitch using a repeatable structure.
Session 3
Upping your game with persuasive language techniques & figurative language
Key to influencing the audience or prospect, use persuasive language techniques – Alliteration, Figurative language, Repetition and more.
Session 4
Overcoming Objections and Handling Q & A with Ease
Being able to respond to questions with confidence and calm elevates your leadership executive presence.
Discover techniques and language to use to handle Questions & Answers with ease. Learn ways to respond so the questioner feels respected and heard.
Sessions 5 & 6
Practicing the Pitch
A well-prepared presentation doesn’t just happen. It required practice.
In this session, each person will have the opportunity to pitch the same deck in their own style (opening, topics, messaging). After their presentation, they will receive constructive feedback from the Coach Consultant, Management, and their peers.
