Today’s workplace has changed and is in constant flux. All over the world there is an increasing silent exodus going on in the workplace, across multiple industries with one demographic group that is being significantly impacted—the 50-60-year-old employee.

 Losing your job as a 50 or 60-something individual brings with a host of major issues that can have both an immediate and long-term effect on your well-being and that of your immediate family.

 Many 50-60 Something individuals simply are not financially ready to retire from work. Yet the likelihood of re-entering the workforce with a similar high paying salary will be extremely challenging. Sadly, many may not be rehired at all. So where does that leave the person who wants and needs to work? What is the solution? In a word –Entrepreneurship.

The 50-60 Something Start-up Entrepreneur – How to Quickly Start and Run a Successful Small Business.

This 3-1/2 days course provides the participants with the sequential steps to set up and run a small business operation. This course is about the creation of the product or service, (essentially your new brand) and how to take the product or service to sales distribution and how effectively market the business.

Utilizing the Entrepreneurship Path Framework, participants are guided through the 9-step process.

Course Outline:

Module 1 – Laying the Foundation of Entrepreneurship

Module 2 – (Pain) What is the pain or problem experienced by the prospect (or consumer)?

Module 3 – (Person) Who is the person experiencing this pain?

Module 4 – (Product) What is the product or service solution that relieves the pain or problem?

Module 5 – (Perception) How is the product or service branding perceived in the marketplace?

Module 6 – (Positioning) How is the brand positioned in the market?

Module 7 – (Pricing) How do you establish prices for your product/service solution?

Module 8 – (Place of Distribution) Where and how is your product/service offering distributed?

Module 9 – (Platform) – What are the multi-channel marketing strategies & tactics used to promote the product/service offering.

Module 10 – (Process) – Where to find your ideal customers and how to create the sales process.
